As someone that has struggled with my relationship with food and body image, I understand the need for support when it comes to healthy living. I believe nutrition and lifestyle programs should be individually tailored and ultimately designed by the individual themselves. We are all unique and will have different ways to live healthier lives. But I do believe these habits are built on solid foundations. Those foundations, alongside support, are what I focus on while consulting.
